How Ice Cavern rewards work

Launch a Solana coin through Pump.fun with rewards in SOL or an external asset. Follow creator fees from collection to holder payments.

Launch a coin

From trading fees to holder rewards

Your coin’s selected asset connects each stage of the reward journey.

01

Launch and choose

Forge a Pump.fun coin, choose its trading pair, and choose its holder rewards. The pair determines what people trade with; the reward choice determines what holders receive.

02

Collect creator fees

Trading generates creator fees. Once collected and finalized, each receipt funds the four allocations below.

03

Prepare holder rewards

The holder budget stays in SOL or buys the selected external asset. Rewards are calculated from each eligible holder’s share of the coin.

04

Deliver and record

The ledger records rewards owed separately from payments. Delivery appears only after a matching payment is confirmed.

Where collected fees go

The fixed allocation applies to creator fees collected by Ice Cavern.

  • 70%Holder rewardsFunds rewards for eligible holders.
  • 10%Shared treasuryReserved for the shared treasury.
  • 15%Protocol budgetOperations and the launch-token buyback policy.
  • 5%Platform-token buybacksFunds platform-token purchases.

These percentages describe the collected fee budget. The shared treasury share is transferred to its wallet, with a receipt after finality. Purchases and holder payments are recorded separately.

Common questions

The essentials of coins, creator fees, and holder rewards.

What is Ice Cavern?

Ice Cavern is a Solana coin launchpad built around holder rewards. Creators launch a coin through Pump.fun and choose holder rewards in SOL or an external asset. Each coin has a public ledger of fees, allocations, reward rounds, and payment receipts.

Can each coin have a different reward asset?

Yes. A creator can choose SOL with no external reward asset, or select an available asset such as GLDx or NVDAx at launch. The choice stays fixed for that coin. The coin page shows its selected asset, and the asset catalog lists availability.

What is a trading pair?

A trading pair is your coin and the asset people use to buy and sell it. In the Signal Forge, choose from the pairs available for launch. Your first-buy amount uses that asset; SOL is still needed for network fees.

Is the trading pair the same as the reward asset?

They serve different purposes. The trading pair opens the path into your coin. The reward choice determines what eligible holders receive. Choose each separately in the forge; pairing a coin with an asset does not make that asset its reward.

How are creator fees allocated?

Collected creator fees are allocated 70% to holder rewards, 10% to the shared treasury reserve, 15% to the protocol budget, and 5% to platform-token buybacks. The protocol budget covers operations and the launch-token buyback policy. An allocation is a budget; completed purchases and payments have separate receipts.

What funds launch-token buybacks?

Our buyback policy dedicates a portion of the 15% protocol budget to coins launched through Ice Cavern. Purchased tokens belong to the treasury. This is separate from the 5% budget for the platform token, and leaves the 70% holder-reward share intact. A budget does not mean a purchase has happened; confirmed purchases need their own receipts.

How do holders receive rewards?

Collected creator fees fund SOL rewards directly, or purchases of the coin’s selected external reward asset. Each eligible holder receives a share based on their coin balance. The ledger shows payments once they are confirmed.

Where can I see my coins and rewards?

Connect your wallet and open Profile to see your launches, recorded token balances, rewards owed, and confirmed payments. Open a coin to inspect its fee receipts, allocations, rounds, holder records, and transactions.

Does launching a coin immediately create rewards?

Launching creates the coin and its fee route. Trading generates creator fees. Collected fees fund reward rounds, and a completed payment has its own confirmation. A new coin can have no collected fees or reward rounds yet.
